TLC IT SOLUTIONS is a wholly owned and operated QLD IT systems integrator.
Founded in 2002, headquartered in Milton, Queensland with affiliated partners throughout Australia. Today we specialise in delivering IT professional services, infrastructure and business software solutions to our vast customer base. TLC Online is our E-Commerce tool which compliments our Sales Staffs strengths by enabling them and our clients to be more proactive in sourcing peripheral style products as well as providing access to trading histories and general account activity. TLC Online’s future developments will include a Contracts Module, a Professional Services module and a Software Licencing Module.

TLCITS (“TLCITS”) acknowledges that certain non-excludable rights in relation to the sale of Goods may be imposed by law. To the extent permitted by law, the following terms and conditions apply to all goods purchased via the web from TLC Online.


1.1 “Customer” – means that the purchaser of the Goods is a person, business or company.
1.2 “Goods” (including Software) – means any products supplied to a Customer via TLC Online or its authorised agent.


2.1 All orders placed through TLC Online are subject to confirmation and acceptance by TLCITS.
2.2 TLCITS may vary prices. If TLCITS requests payment for increased prices, the customer may cancel the order within 5 working days of the increase occurring.
2.3 A Courier authorised by TLCITS will deliver the Goods to the Customer’s nominated address, within the agreed time frame, subject to availability. Where the Goods are not available TLCITS will notify the Customer as soon as possible.
2.4 The Customer or Customer’s authorised agent (with photo ID) is to take receipt of Goods. If there is no one available to accept and sign for the delivery of the Goods at the Customer’s nominated address between standard business hours, the Customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred on account of subsequent delivery attempts having to be made.
2.5 Delivery times advised by TLCITS or the courier are estimates only and TLCITS will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods, howsoever caused.
2.6 Unless other arrangements have been made, TLCITS will make part-deliveries, if, at placement of order, only some of the stock is available.
2.7 When placing an order via TLC Online, the Customer is required to nominate a physical street address for delivery and provide a land-line phone number. Delivery cannot be made to a Post Office Box.


3.1 The price payable on Goods will be the price as quoted on the invoice and is inclusive of goods, taxes, surcharges, shipping costs, agent’s charges, customs tax, sales tax, excise tax, stamp duty governmental charges, fees, levy or impost.
3.2 Payment is required to be made by the Customer prior to shipment of the Goods, unless the Customer has a credit account with TLCITS.
3.3 Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard). TLC Online uses E-Sec’s Internet payment service gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the internet. Confidential information including Customer credit card details are not stored at TLC Online or anywhere on the Internet, the only access to this data is made by TLC Online’s merchant bank. All personal and credit card information provided to TLC Online is also encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
3.4 The following procedure is applied by TLCITS for the protection of Customers:-
    (a) TLC Online records the Customer’s IP address, and the exact date and time of the order on its database.
    (b) Repeated failure to obtain authorisation from the relevant credit card providers may result in details of the transaction being automatically referred to relevant authorities.
    (c) For their first order, Customers will be required to provide a faxed copy of the front and back of the credit card and a current drivers licence or passport that matches the delivery address.
    (d) Subsequent orders may be subject to random verification.
    (e) The Customer’s shipping details will be verified using various means before goods can be forwarded to the customer.
    (f) Any suspected fraud will be reported to the police and the credit card issuer.


4.1 Upon delivery it is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect all Goods.
4.2 It is the Customers responsibility to test or inspect software upon the purchased software being authorised by TLCITS for downloading by the Customer, and must, within 5 working days of delivery or downloading (as the case may be) inform TLCITS of any fault or defect with said software.
4.3 TLCITS retains ownership of Goods until full payment has been received for the Goods.
4.4 Until title in the Goods passes to the Customer, it is the Customer’s responsible to store the Goods appropriately.

5.1 An administration fee of $25 applies to all orders cancelled prior to shipment. The balance will be reimbursed either by cheque or credit card refund.
5.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once Goods have been shipped.

6.2 Unless specified otherwise and in addition to any rights the Customer may have under statute, Goods sold by TLCITS carry a warranty provided by the manufacturer of the Goods.

7.1 Nothing in this clause affects a Customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7.2 Unless specified otherwise and in addition to any rights the Customer may have under statute:
    (a) Goods that are ordered by mistake may be returned to TLCITS, however 15% restocking fee may apply.
    (b) Any Goods received by a Customer in a damaged condition (in transit) or are defective within 5 working days from the date of receipt are considered DOA (Dead on Arrival).
    (c) The Customer is required to notify TLCITS of DOA Goods either by phone, e-mail or in-writing, advising:
         (i) Date of purchase
        (ii) Invoice number
        (iii) Serial number of the goods
        (iv) Description of fault, defect.
    (d) Upon receipt of notification of DOA Goods, TLCITS will issue a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and arrange for the Goods to be returned.
    (e) The returned Goods must be clearly labeled with the RA number (labeling must not be placed directly onto the original packaging of the Goods). If the authorised RA number cannot be identified, the Goods will be returned immediately at the Customer’s expense.
    (f) TLCITS will either (at its election) issue a credit, a refund or replace the goods within 10 working days of receipt (exceptions to this may occur due to circumstances beyond TLCITS control).
    (g) Refunds or credits on returned Goods will not be made until the Goods have been received and evaluated by TLCITS.
    (h) Refunds or credits will not be made on Goods that have been opened, damaged or soiled.
    (i) TLCITS will not be liable for any damage or defects to Goods that have been caused by improper storage, warehousing or transport, or by neglect, abuse of improper use, installation, and maintenance of unauthorised repair of TLCITS’ products.
    (j) Some items on TLC Online will be clearly marked “Not Returnable” this means that the item cannot be returned if unwanted or ordered incorrectly.
7.3 To the extent permitted by law, TLCITS limits its liability to the cost of repair or replacement of Goods.
5.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once Goods have been shipped.

8.1 TLCITS is committed to protecting its Customer’s right to privacy. A copy of TLCITS’ Privacy and Security Policy is available on request.

TLC IT SOLUTIONS takes your right to privacy seriously and wants you to feel comfortable using our TLC Online web site. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as "Data" below) that may be collected by us on our site. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control.

Collection of Data
Our registration process requires a valid e-mail address and a unique user ID and password. Providing us with other information is at your option. Please take note that your user name, e-mail address, or other submissions that you make on this site may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on this site. Like many web sites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Information about how advertising may be served on this site (if at all) is set forth below.

Use of Data 
We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will make efforts so that your Data will not be provided to third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this Privacy Policy; (ii) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of Data; (iii) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider; (iv) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement; (v) we find that your use of this site violates our this Policy, Terms of Service, other usage guidelines or as deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property; (vi) or (vi) this site is purchased by a third party whereby that third party will be able to use the Data in the same manner as we can as set forth in this Policy. Advertisements may appear on our web site and, if so, may set and access cookies on your computer and is subject to the privacy policy of those parties providing the advertisement. However, the companies serving the advertising do not have access to our cookies. These companies usually use non-personally identifiable or anonymous codes to obtain information about your visits to our site.

While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of Data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards.
